Okay, it has been over three weeks now and I feel gross.  I miss the gym so much and feel like a lazy blob.  If it weren’t such a risk I would just start working out now.  I know I wouldn’t last 5 minutes because I get too dizzy and my head throbs if I even bend over to pick something up.  It is very frustrating not to be able to get back to my life.

I am wondering if it would hurt to at least sit in a chair and use very light weights to do arm and leg raises.  I can’t imagine that would bother me too much.  I may give it a try.  I have been walking, but I walk so slow I don’t think it does a bit of good.  If I walk too long I get dizzy and have to sit anyway.
